Big Weekend

This weekend was a big one for Jacob! He got dedicated at the church and had lots of visitors! It all started with his Grandma and Grandpa Hartmeyer, Aunt Julee, and Aunt Jeanna flying in from Florida to see him! They arrived at DFW airport late Friday night while Jacob and Mommy were asleep. On Saturday we didn't do much besides hang out together because luggage had to be picked up form the airport and everyone was tired. Sunday Jacob was dedicated and New River Fellowship Church here in Weatherford. It was kinda funny because they had Daddy's name wrong on the program. They had it as Kyle instead of Josh because of Mommy's email address being Misti_Kyle... There where lots of visitors because in addition to the before mentioned family from Florida, Grandma and Grandpa Kyle came from Round Rock and Aunt Kelcy and Uncle Cody came too! Jacob was dedicated along with Avalon and Addison from Mommy and Daddy's life group! After dedication, Kelcy and Cody came over and played Loaded Questions with everyone and we went to eat at On the Border With Grandma, Grandpa (Hartmeyer), Julee, and Jeanna. Monday was another big day as we went to Grapevine Mills Mall all day. It was scary driving home because there were thunderstorms and a possible tornado headed towards our house. Luckily everything was okay, but we had spent a loooong day out and were very very tired after that. Later that night Jake had an early Christmas celebration with his Florida Family and opened a few gifts early like raddles and car seat toys!

After Grandma, Grandpa (Hartmeyer), Julee, and Jeanna went home early early Tuesday morning Aunt Patty and Uncle Bob came for a visit. We went out to eat and came back home and talked! Everyone agreed that we kinda looked like Uncle Bob! They left around 10 pm.

A bonus for Mommy and Daddy this weekend was that Jacob stared sleeping through the night starting Sunday night!!!!!! Yeah!
